REFUND
Our refund and returns policy lasts 10 days. If 10 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
2. NO EXCHANGE OR REFUND OF OPEN ITEMS WITHOUT FULL VIDEO FROM START TO FINISH (how it was given to you, originally)
- this applies to all items.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
- Any item that is returned more than 10 days after delivery.
- Any goods delivered or collected more than four weeks after stated arrival date.
- For cash & Card refund a service fee of 3% of total amount will be charged.
Exchanges
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Items on sale & used products CANNOT be returned.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at lpsales876@gmail.com or what’s app 876 821-9096.
PAYMENT PLAN
PRE ORDER
Inflatables down payment of 50% required once personalize with name or unique design to customers preference.
Inflatables down payment of 30% if chosen from our inventory & without name (refund from our inventory without name 70%)
There are no refunds once personalize with name.
Production time is separate from shipping time, please note we have no control over the time it takes to ship .
Payment is calculated in USD and can change during production and shipping time.
ARRIVAL & PICK UP POLICY
If for any reason item isn’t paid for when completed or arriving in Jamaica with three notifications, L.P. has the right to sell said item with no refund to customer. Please note Pre order items are not on payment plan.
When item arrives customer is allowed 4 weeks after which storage charge of $800 per week is charged,If item is collected after 5 weeks all eligibility for refunds, credit or exchanges will be void.
Sale items
Only new unpersonalize items may be refunded. Pre-owned items cannot be refunded.

Payment Plan is for 3 months only if you wish to extend a 30usd is added every month after
Payment plan is based on current u.s rate
Only cash & debit transaction is acceptable for payment plans
Once a deposit is made 15% of total cost is non refundable
Cancellation of purchase attracts a 30% of total cost of item
Shipping returns
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your items locally
